1. Meets + Treats
   We start by getting to know each other. We get together over coffee or a glass of wine or whatever you consider a treat to be (treats on me!). During this time, I’m going to guide you through some questions about your business so that I understand where you’re at, what your goals are, and what tools you’re currently using to accomplish those goals.
2. Roadmap
   I take the deets from our Meets + Treats and I put together a customized Roadmap that details how I can help you get from where you’re at to where you want to go. This comes complete with a total investment so that you can see how this fits into your budget and make an informed decision.
3. Game Plan Meeting
   After you’ve had a chance to review the Roadmap, we meet for an additional hour or so to review and create our Game Plan. This might include detours, bonus stops, shortcuts or whatever makes sense for you in terms of service mix and budget; by the end of our Game Plan Meeting we’ll have just that: a Game Plan that includes included services, total investment, and critical next steps on our journey.
4. Go Time
   Implementation is the fun part (and if it isn’t fun, why do it?)! My goal is to have your Game Plan implemented within 30 days from sign-off, so that you can start enjoying stronger customer connections and increased customer value as soon as possible.
